We work hard to minimise waste packaging.

To minimise the amount of waste generated throughout our operations we reuse, recover and recycle as much packaging as possible, including boxes and pallets.

Our own packaging includes recycled content and we work in partnership with some of our customers to deliver their goods in reusable tote boxes. We use specialist technology to recycle old packaging from our suppliers into protective “filler” that is used in the parcels we send to our customers.
