We manage our IT equipment for sustainability.

Our company policy is to use low energy printers with “energy save” features. We also have an in-house IT equipment policy that is in line with the WEEE Regulations to ensure that – wherever possible - all IT and computer equipment is recycled at the end of its working life.

The purchase of new replacement equipment is only made when it is absolutely necessary. A business case is required that considers all alternatives and seeks to implement the most sustainable option.

We send our used toner cartridges to be recycled and offer a free toner cartridge collection service for our customers.
