ISO 14001:2004
In 2005 we were awarded certification to ISO 14001:2004 following a detailed assessment of our environmental management system. This international standard requires a business or organisation to demonstrate the implementation of measures to control the environmental impacts of its activities and to continually improve its environmental performance.
The BOSS Federation Environment Certificate
We are proud to be members of the BOSS (British Office Supplies and Services) Federation – the non-profit making authoritative body for the UK office products sector. Every year since 1996, we have been awarded the annual BOSS Environment Certificate, a highly prized accolade which is given to Federation members who are judged to be committed to environmental responsibility and continuously improving their environmental performance.

Major Commendation 2007
In 2007 office2office plc was awarded a Major Commendation for the Globe and Tick™ range of office products. As part of office2office Banner pioneered the Globe and Tick™ range in recognition of the need to supply customers with sustainable office supplies alternatives. The Major Commendation recognises the dedication to carrying out detailed life cycle assessments on products deemed to have environmental benefits as well as the investigation of the environmental credentials of each supplier.
Kyocera Green Light Award
Banner received the IT/Office Products Channel Kyocera Green Light Award in 2006 for the Globe and Tick™ product range of environmental preferred products. The Kyocera GreenLight Environmental Awards recognise individuals and organisations that have been instrumental in identifying and meeting an environmental challenge associated with their business and/or promoting public awareness, understanding and active concern for the enhancement and protection of the environment.
