As well as being one of the largest distributors of copier paper in the UK; Banner is now also the market leader of an exciting and unique way of ensuring confidential waste is securely and cost effectively shred. We then ensure that it is fully recycled and returned to the customer as quality copier paper which can be used and recycled again and again.

We have recently entered a £37m annual contract to be the sole provider of office products and services to Central Government departments. A key part of the contract is our Closed Loop solution, providing Government with secure document shredding and the subsequent recycling of recovered paper.

The Benefits of Closed Loop

Customers can feel secure that their waste has been fully destroyed, thus not running the risk of important information falling into the wrong hands. They can choose to have it shredded either on or offsite by security cleared staff.

The quality of the paper is not compromised and meets all required standards. Banner 100% recycled paper is guaranteed for use on colour and mono copiers, plain paper fax machines, inkjet printers and laser printers.

As Closed Loop paper is 100% recycled, no new trees are cut down to produce it. There is also a reduction in the amount of water used and air pollution created during the making of Closed Loop copier paper.
