Banner launches 2009/2010 Green Guide

The sixth edition of the Green Guide has been launched at the Procurement Solutions event, held at Earls Court. The 2009/2010 Banner Green Guide focuses on sustainable procurement and features over a thousand environmentally preferred products from our award winning Globe & Tick™ range.

The Green Guide is packed full of practical advice on how you can operate more sustainably in the workplace. The guide – which is available online - showcases the disposal and recycling services available from Banner, including our new secure on-site document destruction service.

Procurement Solutions is the UK’s official government procurement event for the public sector, running on 9 –10th June. The Banner team was on hand to demonstrate their portfolio of business services including the Green OPTIMISA™ system, which is designed to measure the environmental impacts of purchasing and identify key areas for improvement.

Visitors to the Banner stand were invited to tour one of our customised mobile shredding vehicles, which incorporate high capacity shredders to ensure the secure on-site disposal of your confidential data. They also had the opportunity to play our ‘Green Game’ and win a hamper of Globe & Tick™ office products for their workplace.
